A special thank you to the families that attended the Cookies with the Counselor event held on 10/18 in Mission Crest's Parent Center. It was a wonderful turnout. Mission Crest's School Counselor, Ms. Darby, enjoyed meeting with the families and answering questions. The next Cookies with the Counselor is being held on December 20th. I hope to see you there!

Mission Crest is hosting the UCCE Nutrition Education Workshops starting tomorrow October 17. The class is located in the Mission Crest Parent Center and runs weekly on Tuesdays at 9:30 in Spanish as well as at 10:30 in English for 8 weeks. Please see the attached flyer for more information.

Wednesday, October 18th is Unity Day so wear orange to show your support. As part of the National Bully Prevention month of October, Mission Crest is participating in Unity Day. The purpose of Unity day is to join together to create a healthier community through kindness, acceptance, and inclusion. Remember to wear orange on Wednesday!
