Hi Krystal Family! After close evaluation, we are revising our dismissal process to make it even safer for students and more efficient for all of you. Therefore we will be making some changes to dismissal effective immediately. Here’s what you need to know:
Dismissal will now be similar to our pre-hybrid days where students will wait out front in the same location as arrival (no more driving through the campus). We are just spacing students further apart to allow for social distancing as much as feasibly possible (please see attached map here: dismissal map)
Students will be provided with a color-coded name card that can be placed on your front dashboard. It is helpful to continue to put student name and teacher name in your front windshield until you receive your color-coded card.
A staff member will call out student names ahead of time so they are ready by the time their vehicle reaches the loading area.
Krystal will continue to have extra staff supporting with both arrival and dismissal.
We have a passing lane and a Kinder loading zone if needed
Right turn only as you exit the parking lot
Absolutely no walk-ups permitted.
Please note that there are no changes to our arrival process. Thank you for your patience as we all collaborate to make hybrid learning a positive experience. We love having our students back on campus, and we will do all we can to continue to make this work!
