Spring Picture Day! Friday, March 4th Come dressed to impress for Spring Pictures. Students will receive a proof sheet with background choices and order info. Your child will be photographed against a green screen so it is recommended that students do not wear green.

Krystal Spirit Wear! PTC will be selling Krystal spirit wear after school on Wednesday (March 2nd), near the walk-up pick up area. Cash and cards will be accepted for payment.

Krystal's PJammin Day Reminder! In exchange for a $1 donation, students may wear pajamas on Friday! Why pajamas?? Pajamas are often the battle uniform for kids with cancer. Stuck in the hospital for long periods of time during treatment, kids live in their pjs. PJammin is a way to raise awareness about childhood cancer and to help them feel less alone. Donations will help provide free resources and support for kids with cancer and their families. Donations will be sent to American Childhood Cancer Organization.

Krystal Book Fair is here! 2/22-2/25 Students may shop for books during their lunch time or with their class. Krystal families are also welcome to shop in the book fair on Wednesday and Thursday after school. Families can put money on student's e-wallets for cashless shopping. Dear Families of 6th graders: Open enrollment is here! If you do not live in the boundaries of the HUSD junior high that you want your child to attend, you need to fill out the open enrollment form and get it turned into the site you would like to attend before March 18, 2022. Krystal will be distributing at home COVID test kits to students (2 tests per student) next week from Tuesday, January 18th through Friday, January 21st. Parents may come to the front office, and pick up the test kits from 8:30am-2:30pm on those days. Please have your child's ID number ready when picking up kits. The test kits will only be given to the parent/guardian, and cannot be sent home with students. As a reminder, the test kits are optional and NOT mandatory.
